On May 25, 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) took effect and has been implemented in privacy laws in the EU and EEA. Cellmobs is committed to complying with the GDPR across the services we provide.

As our customer, the GDPR provides you a great deal of control over the personal data Cellmobs may collect, and assurances that data is stored and handled with the highest standards of security. At Cellmobs, your data and content security are our highest priority. You may exercise your rights by using our built-in tools for data export and removal, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

What is Cellmobs' commitment to the GDPR?

We are continually working on maintaining compliance with the laws and requirements for personal data privacy and security in the countries that we serve. We have dedicated resources to compliance with the GDPR and all departments in our company are involved in the process.
 

We have and are:

  • Training our employees in the requirements of the GDPR
  • Updating internal procedures to meet GDPR requirements
  • Updating our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
  • Made an inventory of our processing activities and data collection
  • Sent out Data Processing Agreements to our suppliers, where necessary
